✅ The Spartan is designed to fit the US army's issued greenbook (officially known as a "Book, Memorandum" - NSN 7530-00-222-3521). Will also fit any other notebook that is 5x8" in size. Also fits a classic Moleskine notebook (5" x 8.25") very nicely.
All the Detachable accessories shown below are compatible with this cover. Accessories shown can also be purchased separately in our store.
✅ ORGANIZE YOUR ESSENTIALS - Arrange all the tools of your trade beside your US Military standard issue Army Greenbook. Five Pen-Marker pleated slots on front will fit a variety of different size markers
✅ EXTREMELY TOUGH - Each of the notebook covers we make uses 500D Cordura Nylon for exceptional durability as well as resistance to abrasion, tears and scuffs despite years of use and abuse.
✅ FRONT - The front side of this cover has a large loop fastener area, which can be used to customize with our Detachable Accessories, or for attaching patches. Loop fastener area is 4.5” wide x 7.5” tall. Cover is securely closed with a 1.5 nylon web strap. On the front of the cover situated over the pen slots is a utility strap designed to snugly hold items like a cell phone, calculator, small notepad etc. Also with Loop Fastener (2 x 4.75in.) over the utility strap, allowing for additional patches.
✅ TAKE IT ANYWHERE - This cover is designed to hold the US Military’s issued army greenbook (NSN 7530-00-222-3521). It’s compact enough to be stored in a bag, drawer or field gear without taking much space. Zippered back pocket capacity is 4in x 8in.

I have had this notebook cover for over seven years. Seven years of field exercises, TDY and overseas trips, probably eons of hours in meetings, and three duty stations. Durability is phenomenal and the design of this notebook cover is second-to-none. The pocket in the back stores plenty of business cards and sticky tabs, pockets in front fit all manner of highlighters, pens/pencils, and map markers.
This notebook cover fits the standard-issue green notebook but it also fits the Moleskine professional notebook which is my personal go-to.
For your standard, day-to-day notebook I would highly recommend this notebook cover. It is very capable of standing up to the elements, but your notebook probably won't be.
